Welding flux SJ107

Agglomerated submerged arc welding flux SJ107 is a fluorine alkali type high alkalinity flux with gray circular particles. During DC welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, and the maximum welding current can reach 800A. Submerged Arc welding flux SJ107 exhibits stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, and high low-temperature impact toughness of the weld metal during welding.

Usage:

It is suitable for multi pass welding and can be matched with low carbon steel welding wire, low alloy steel welding wire, austenitic stainless steel welding wire and martensite stainless steel welding wire. This flux is suitable for DC reverse welding, and its welded joints have excellent mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness. Matched with corresponding surfacing welding wires for surfacing, the surfacing layer has good high-temperature oxidation resistance and can be used in conjunction with H08MnA, H08MnMoA, and H08Mn2MoA welding wires.

Cautions:

1.Welding flux SJ107 must be baked at 300-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use. 

2. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture should be removed from the welded parts.
