GJ.SJ-414 flux is a special agglomerated flux with a alkalinity of 3.0 and is a light gray circular particle with a particle size of 10-60 mesh. It has excellent welding process performance and high welding speed, stable arc combustion, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. Due to the use of special processes for manufacturing, the metallurgical reaction is sufficient during welding, and the deposited metal is pure, with high low-temperature impact toughness. Submerged Arc Flux SJ-414 can be used for both AC and DC welding, and the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding.

Usage:

Submerged arc welding flux SJ-414 is suitable for multi pass welding of carbon steel wire, low-alloy steel wire, austenitic stainless steel wire and martensite stainless steel wire.This Welding flux SJ-414 is suitable for direct current reverse welding, and its welded joints have excellent mechanical properties and low-temperature impact toughness. It is matched with corresponding surfacing welding wires for surfacing, and the surfacing layer has good comprehensive resistance to high-temperature oxidation.

Cautions:

1. Submerged Arc Flux SJ-414 must be baked at 300℃-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use. 

2. Before welding, impurities such as rust, oil stains, and moisture should be removed from the welded parts.
