Sumberged Welding flux SJ-503

Description:

Welding flux SJ-503 is an aluminum titanium type acidic sintered flux with a alkalinity of approximately 0.7. It is a gray circular particle with a particle size of 10-60 mesh. It can be used for both AC and DC, and when using DC power for welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode. Stable  arc combustion,  beautiful  weld  formation,  easy  slag  removal,  and  excellent  impact toughness  of  the  deposited  metal.  Especially  suitable  for  high-speed  welding,  with  strong resistance to porosity.

Usage:

Welding flux SJ-503 In combination with welding wires such as H08A and H08MnA, it is mainly used for welding ordinary low-carbon steel and certain low alloy steel structures. Suitable for  medium  thickness  steel  plate  structures,  can  be  used  for  multi  pass  welding,  single  wire welding, or multi wire welding.

Cautions:

1.The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.

2.Submerged Arc Flux SJ-503 must be baked at 300C-350  C for 2 hours before use.
