As the professional manufacture, GUJIN® would like to provide you Welding flux SJ601. And GUJIN® will offer you the best after-sale service and timely delivery.
GUJIN® as the professional manufacturer, we would like to provide you high quality Welding flux SJ601. GJ.SJ-601 is an alkaline agglomerated flux for stainless steel and heat-resistant steel, with an alkalinity of approximately 1.8 and a particle size of 10-60 mesh. It has excellent welding process performance, easy slag removal, beautiful weld formation, and can obtain weld metal with good mechanical properties. It has excellent toughness, weldability, high strength, and corrosion resistance, and good crack resistance of welds. Combined with corresponding welding wires, the deposited metal has the characteristics of no increase in Si, no increase in C, and low burning loss of Cr and Ni. It can be used for both AC and DC welding, and the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding.
Submerged Arc Flux SJ-601 is used in conjunction with welding wires (H0Cr21Ni10, H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc.) to weld important structures such as stainless steel and high alloy steel. It is widely used in the welding of pressure vessels and pipelines such as petrochemical and liquefied air, as well as the anti-corrosion layer surfacing of composite plates and pressure valves, as well as the welding of offshore platforms and underwater pipelines. 1. Before welding, the Welding flux SJ-601 must be baked for 2 hours at a temperature of approximately 300-350 ℃ (572-662 ℉).
2. Before welding, it is necessary to remove rust, scale, primer and other impurities from the surface of the base metal to obtain excellent welding deposited metal.
3. In the case of multi-layer welding, the backing welding of groove welding requires a small current and welding speed.
4. Regularly add new flux to prevent flux defects and poor weld bead surface formation when reusing flux.
